I agree look on petfinders and craigslist there are so many looking for homes, we got our little one from craigslist and she is very healthy. many people lose jobs and things happen and they can no longer keep their pets. I know many who have found their loving pets from craigslist. good luck.

Even though we were not actually looking for a purebred it turns out that he is a Chinese crested Powderpuff. But most of all he is our little ozzy now and he is safe. He is only 10 months old and I think we are gonna get through his horrible beginning and have a happy ever after. I am very grateful that I got encouragement to try again and let myself love a little puppy. I was petrified to take the risk, but am so happy that I was able to.

I guess I should of read through all the posts. I see you have found your baby. he is adorable...congrats.
