| A few cute Yorkie rescues PA/DE/MD/NJ Searching thru petfinder tonight came up with a ton of cuties. Maybe one of you can help? Bert and Gert - Hockisen, DE Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Bert: Petfinder Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Gert: Petfinder Bert and Gert came to us from a Lancaster puppy mill. They are both adorable pups who were terrified at first but are now learning how to have a good time. They are shy when first approached but are very content to be held for as long as you will hold them. Bert and Gert would do best with a home that has another dog to continue teaching them. They enjoy playing with other dogs, especially chase. Bert is shorter than Gert and has more of the poodle coat to him. Both have the typical black and tan Yorkie coloring. If you are interested in Bert please submit an adoption application.http://www.petadoptiontracker.org/pet?1886394&a=226&h= Benji - Yorkie/poo - Philly, PA Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Benji: Petfinder (I applied for him, haven't got a call back tho! ) It's Benji! He's a eager, happy, fun-filled Yorkie mix who just loves attention. 3 years old; knows at least some commands already. Neutered. Interested? Go to our adoption page to apply online or just learn more about the Refuge. Oliver - Yorkie/maltese - Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Oliver: Petfinder Oliver is a playful doll baby! He was living with a little 3 pound Yorkie and just was to big for the other Yorkie so was given up. He does great on walks and in the car. He loves to hang by his Guardian so someone home part of the day would help with all his baby energy. He's only 9 months old. Breed- MORKIE- Cross between Yorkie and Maltese AGE-9 months Health- Updating puppy now to make sure he is Health Check Certified! MAIN Becky - Cherry Hill, NJ Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: BECKY: Petfinder Becky was a breeding dog at a puppy mill and is now learning about the outside world, after spending her life in a cage, crammed in with other dogs. Just look at that FACE and you can see how beautiful she is and how gorgeous she will look when her hair grows in!!! She has long legs but they look even longer with no skirt, but once it grows she will be stunning! Most importantly, she is very very SWEET! She is just a love pie. Becky wants nothing more than to be held and be a lap dog. She is 3 yrs old, 8 lbs. We got her an exam, all shots, heartworm tested, spayed and a dental, and her adoption fee is only $275, which you know doesn't even pay our vet bill for her. She's a "love me, hold me" dog, and needs a home who wants a loving lap dog. She is very skittish so needs a quiet home, maybe retired people who she can love? She is pretty much housebroken in the foster home if let out every few hours. She likes leash walks and running in a fenced yard. It must be so exciting for her to be free to run after never even being allowed to walk! She sleeps in a crate but loves to join you in your bed if you will let her. She is timid and is just learning to try to play with the other tiny dogs in the foster home. Becky loves to be petted and would be the perfect dog for someone who wants a companion. Her other favorite thing is to watch TV! So if you are home most of the time (don't work or work from home) and want a companion who will be the most devoted and loving dog you ever had, just read below to see how.......
