Thanks so much, Debra! There are so many yorkies out there and so many rescues trying to save them all...it is just so depressing sometimes. People like you helping is what keeps us all going!

I am so mad at myself. I took my camera today and left the card at home, so I only had cell pics that really were not very good. The vet's wife took some pics and promised to send them to me. In the meantime, I listed him on the YHR site with his shelter pics. We usually try to use before and after anyway, so they will work!

I wish I had him here so I could comfort him. I hate that he has that mange and cannot be cuddled with. I am so sure he is frightened. I just hope he is comfortable and sleeping tonight. He is in a very nice place with a soft bed.

What wonderful news!!! Little Chance is a sweetheart. I am praying that his recovery is quick and his loving forever home even quicker!

Thank you so much for helping to give Chance a second chance at a wonderful life. I am going to TX in July for the Reliant Dog Show to work at the YHR booth. I'm hoping that by then Chance will be well enough to be with LJ so I will be able to give him some cuddles then from both of us.

I'm going to be in Yorkie heaven when I get to cuddle all of the Haven pups that I have been able to see pictures of and HEAR while on the phone with LJ

Here are some pics of Chance from yesterday. They show how badly matted he is. In the one you can see how he has those open areas under his legs. So uncomfortable looking.

He is a little sweetie and will be so handsome when we get him healed up and his hair growing back in.

Oh my goodness....poor baby does look like he has been suffering...
But I can see such cuteness underneath, and he's gonna be better in no time

Ahhhhhhh....Linda!!! Is this the same Chance that you mentioned in your email, that my donation is going to go towards? What a privilege, to be able to help this little guy. He has an amazing story; thank you and Trina for having the compassion and initiative to make sure that his life was saved. I am anxious to read updates on his progress!
