When our male schnauzer passed away from diabetes 2yrs. ago, we bought Kayla. Mandy our female schnauzer was 12 at the time and passed away in Nov. 2008 from cancer. We also have Tina that just turned 12 Sunday. When Mandy was sick with cancer neither of the other two jumped on her. They may do it to a sick dog but I know we never had that problem. They might go up and smell her and then just go on off. Now Tina and Kayla mix it up sometimes but they get over it. We stop it right in the start and then later you might see them playing. They are just like kids. I think yorkies can be little pills at time. Iknow Kayla thinks she is as big as the schnauzers.

The schnauzer was diagnosed about 2 months ago. We've been having the problem for longer than that. Thanks everyone, I found a home for her with friends in Austin. I appreciate everyone's help and support!

That is great news that you not only found her a home but she will be with friends as well.
