| Yorkie--Chicago, Il I was browsing and found this: http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwi/pet/625827118.html Maybe someone can help!? There are images on the site. Reply to: comm-625827118@craigslist.org Date: 2008-03-31, 8:37PM CDT There are several lovable dogs available at the Humane Society of Hobart who need loving homes to call their own. All puppies/dogs adopted come with a spay or neuter certificate, a puppy/dog pack, a distemper vaccination and of course your new family member! The adoption fee is $80.00 All adoptions have a 15 day trial period with their new family members to see if they're a good fit for their new homes and lifestyles. If however, it doesn't seem to be the match made in heaven you'd expected then you can return the animal within that trial period for an exchange that is good for 6 months. When inquiring about the animal please use their I.D. # for us to quickly identify their records for you! #1632 Yorkie This little guy is an adult Male. He was found as a stray, which is amazing nobody kept him as he was running loose! He's a lover boy and loves to be carried around like a little prince. He knows how handsome he is, but hasn't looked in a mirror lately! His coat needs a good grooming...probably easier to just shave it all off and let it grow out again. He's a typical Yorkie a spoiled little stinker! He is friendly with everyone, but should be watched around little kids just because he's a small breed dog that could get squashed by a toddler playing a little hard. There is no telling is he's completely housebroken or not, he doesn't mess his cage but that doesn't mean he is 100% housebroke. He just needs the love and attention any Yorkie lover is ready to provide this little diamond in the rough. #1677 Boxer This is Maggie! She is a one year old female with a full tail. It was never cut! Her butt never stops wiggling, she's always happy to see people come into the kennel and ready to dish out any kisses she can get her mouth on. She was an owner surrender due to issues at home with their other dog. She was adopted from a rescue group when she was a puppy and brought to a home with a rough housing rowdy pit bull who beat her up a lot. She has several facial scars to prove she was bullied! It hasn't changed her a single bit though. She will be spayed on April 1st. She is excellent with kids and only partially house trained. So she'll need a couple reminders through out the day to use the potty outside like a lady. Anyone who has the time and enough room in their home and heart to work with this bullied girl will get an excellent dog for sure! She's just waiting for her new forever home! #1674 Beagle This is Baby, she's a 4 year old beagle who has the biggest beagle smile known to all beagles. She greets everyone who comes into the kennel with a big howling hello and wiggles her whole body hoping for some ear rubs or treats...She's housebroken, excellent with children, spayed and housebroken! She's the whole package! She'd be the perfect dog to play hide and seek with...she loves to sniff around as most beagles do, hide some good smelling treats around the house and let her go find them! Her previous owners became ill and could no longer provide her with the ear scratches and love she deserved. She's a complete ham as most beagles are and will socialize with everyone just because she knows people are the providers of lots and lots of treats and ear scratches. Do you have any room in your home for someone who just wants some ear scratches!?
