Donating YT 500 Club Member | I GIVE UP! (sorry, I am yelling inside my head) Grrrrr...I have spent the last 3 hours (maybe longer) looking for someone whose name (and business) I have forgotten. Taffy's birthday is near and I wanted to purchase a personalized outfit and had actually already picked it out. I even PM'ed "whoever" several months ago and "you" told me to wait until Taffy was nearer her full-grown size. I even asked about the specific fabric, etc., I think. Anyway, since then my PM box maxed out and I emptied it....grrrrrrr.... Does anyone have any idea who I'm trying to remember? The vests and dresses were either embroidered or appliqued with the Yorkie's name. Gorgeous, gorgeous... I've seen lots of stuff in the last 3 hours I want to buy eventually but I had my heart set on one of these outfits for her first birthday. You can't imagine how irritated I am with myself right now! (I thought I pulled out the PM's with vital info before I zapped.) |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Oh my gosh, Teresa! Thank you so much! I had gone to Tinkerbell's site at least 3 times but not to the right section. I'm pretty sure this is it. Well, if it's not, it's still the general thing I'm wanting to get her for her birthday. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! (And Linda, you sweetheart, you always make me feel better just by knowing someone is out there listening...especially when I'm soooo frustrated!) |

I've found several things I like but you know, I still don't think I've found the same person. For some reason I want to say her name started with an A. I could be wrong about that though. I just remember that I absolutely loved this particular fabric combination and was going to "project" the size Taffy would eventually be. (You know how much trouble that guessing gets me into...LOL) Anyway, she assured me that she would have the fabric whenever Taffy was more her adult size. This all happened several months ago and for the life of me, I can't remember who I talked to! It turns out it wasn't those that Teresa mentioned but they are closer that what I have found. I have gotten handmade stuff on etsy before and I've ben looking around there, too, but I can't find the woman. I just remember it as being the cutest stuff I'd ever seen (primarily because I sooooo loved the fabric) and she was the sweetest person. What upsets me though, Robin, is that I thought I went through those PM's and verified that I had written down stuff I needed...addresses and things so (kick myself) how did I overlook that? Grrrr... Well, that just helped me remember though that it couldn't have been etsy...had to have been YorkieTalk. I'll tell you what though... I am totally awed by the talent I've seen while looking for this elusive person. Wow! There are some of the prettiest things I have ever seen made by members here. One other thing I do remember (I think)...the outfit was in contrast (as in light on dark on one part and dark on light on the other part...contrasting fabric)...reminded me of a positive/negative if that makes any sense. I don't recall the color at all but I "think" I remember it having polka dots. Oh well, if it wasn't this it'd be something else driving me nuts. Seems like some days I forget more than I remember. (I keep thinking of the name Allison or Amanda but I checked out Allison's site and it wasn't her. I haven't seen an Amanda anywhere.) However, Robin, it's not your fault at all. You helped me clean out so that I could get PM's again...LOL (I was frantic then because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to talk to everyone...LOL) Given the 2 choices again, I'd still opt for my friends and their PM's... | |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Woo Hoo! I think I've found it at last. Here's what's crazy (but so typical of how my brain works)... The name embroidered on the dress started with an A.....not the person who has the store...duh. It's those dotted "name" dresses at Fufu fashions that I was thinking about... Now if I could just remember which one of the colors bowled me over... |
