| Is there such a thing~~ as a leather harness for our Yorkies? My male's hair is so long that when we put his harness on and go for a walk, it makes his hair matted on both sides. I was thinking maybe a leather harness would do better. If not, does anyone have any ideas to keep his hair from matting? |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i don't know about leather but Chattiesmom makes silk step in harnesses http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ight=silk+step that are wonderful. They don't mat the hair and they are easy to put on. Plus they look great! I have one for morgan and this is what we usually use for walk time.

| I have nice leather step-in harnesses that are gorgeous and they are very low priced compared to chromebones and most of the leather harnesses you find in other dog boutiques which will run about $60+ My harnesses are only $30 http://tinkerbellscloset.com/items/h...esses/list.htm

| You can also just put the harness "over" a little t-shirt. That's what I do with my two girls and it's so much more comfortable for them and no matts. |
