I can always move the velcro if all you need is for the chest size to be adjusted. The straps are elastic so the length will adjust accordingly. I will measure the length if you want for me to though.

Very cool. I will need the chest just a little bit smaller. Which dresses/harnesses do you have left now? I may want to order another one.

OMG This is so cute!!! I received it Saturday. Koda wore it the same day to a party we went to. It was a going away party for our friend who was leaving for the ARMY this Tuesday. It fit him and the party perfectly! He got soooo many compliments. Job well done, and thank you for the gifts! Your great!

I will be posting pics of him wearing it tomorrow
