Thanks, my car is brand new and has r-e-a-l-l-y long seatbelts in the back. I just went out and measured them and was totally surprised. Must be something they're building into the newer cars

No problem, I thik the my buddy is definetly the way to go.

I just took those carseats off the website becasue they were backordered for awhile and then I forgot to put them back on the website. I

Does the My Buddy has the pull-out tray? I really didn't want it but if that's the only way it comes, then I will take it. Also, can I order 1 extra leash hook? It only comes with 2 and I need 3.

Yes I can order you an extra leash hook and yes it does come with the tray but that is the only way the "my buddy" comes.

Sebastian has never been in the car without it. It hooks to seat belt and has a loop/clip that clips to his harness (remember tiny dogs should always use a harness - not a collar). We purchased, and monogramming is available from Solutions catalog (www.solutions.com) but I notice that my favorite small dog online store also has them with monogram - G. W. Little(www.gwlittle.com). Good luck on the road trip - I see lots of replies about other seats - but we love the Lookout. You can, however, get the larger model made for two dogs if you wish - or two seats to keep them separated.
