Forgot to mention - I sent them 3 emails with questions about stuff and they were very prompt and super nice. A++ seller for me.

Talk about customer service. I ordered something else along with the harness and they e-mailed me and said they had paid the extra buck on their own so it could go priority.

Yes, they were very accommodating to me as well ... I requested a bright green ... and they said they'd send me the pink and the green and if I was not satisfied with the colors, I could simply return them (just leave the tags on) and get a cash refund ... Not a store credit ... whew! That was a relief ....

Why are these harnesses so good? Are they special or something???

The main reason why they are so special to me is the fact that they close on the back as opposed to the chest (the way most harnesses do). This makes it easier to put onto the dog. Additionally, the vest itself is very soft and nicely made. So, the dogs love to have the harness on.
