| If worst came to worst, you could buy the smallest Hooter's shirt for people and have someone use the logo to make a doggie shirt. There are many talented people here who could help you. Please, post pics of your Hootie in her Hooter's shirt. And to answer your original question -- yes, you can use a Hooter's bandana in the making of a "T" shirt or more likely a "vest". |
