|  Yes they are velcro, and about the harness part.......I am thinking that I am going to make some that are a harness. I have to go and buy the loop for that part. I will make one and let you see when done.

| "Great Job" They look so cute on your babies.. I need to learn how to sew clothes for Penny my furbaby and then maybe my husband wouldnt take away my visa card... LOL LOL I think I spend to much on yorkie clothes.... Well your clothes look great... |

| Ok, girls I went to the store and forgot the  HARNESS part. I am going to have my husband go out and get that sometime today..............then make one and show you all.
