Katie knows how to have fun. It shows in her smile and bright eyes.

I love Uni's beautiful golden hair, and her orange collar enhances it. Thank you for what you said about Katie..Iaf she didn't play so hard outside, her hair would have been so easy to maintain, even with it long, but she will not let anything stop her, and you can easily see the difference from when we first got outside and then how she looked after playing. I put the bow in to quickly get the stray hair off her face.

My first foster was named Katie and boy was that girl a character! She loved balls. Well, I don't know if she loved them or loved to kill them. She killed a volleyball AND soccer ball at a meetup, and later in the year even killed a huge dodgeball!

Uni also has taken a dip in her purple metallic BB. It was/is fine. That is our knockaround BB. Her new Snake one is her fancy one, and her orange one is still getting broken in.

That's so cute. My foster Katie would stop dead in her tracks if she got a pine needle or twig or whatever stuck in her. She has really thick hair. Then you go to help her and she snaps at you. LOL. Her furever parents have her cut short now, so that's no longer a problem.

I do love how the orange looks with Uni's blonde hair. I have orange stuff on foster Toto now too. He's even more blonde than Uni, platinum really, with blue and pink undertones, it's the oddest thing.

She normally wears a size three, and her other Buddy Belts are particularly special to us because they were given to us by someone really special to our family. I thought for sure that our next Buddy Belt would be the Natural one because I'm always drawn to the soft ones. Katie wears her Cocoa one most often. This Buddy Belt is a good deal bigger than the three (a 3.5) but, even with all of the exercise she has, we are still struggling for Katie to lose the weight she gained after getting spayed, and her other BBs are tight with her sweaters. There's lots of room for tightening this one, so it still fits Katie, and I'm so pleased with how soft the leather is. I love this new collection, and Kristin's customer service was impeccable, as usual. Katie was walking and playing with her friend Sadie, a dachschund, and she when she came home, she hopped in her baby pool, Buddy Belt on. The leather looks just as beautiful today as it did yesterday.

Katie also stopped running when she had things stuck in her hair. She never stopped running into the brush or bushes, but she gets very upset when things stick to her hair. She came to us in a modified Schnauzer cut, so most of her hair was down to the floor when I cut it. I dreaded cutting her hair, but I also couldn't wait until it got warm enough for her to be able to free her from what was torturing her. It was such a difficult year weatherwise; I'm hoping next year will be better and we don't have to fight the falling twigs, leaves, and stickies. Katie is just so happy now, and that makes me happy.

I have such great respect for you. I can tell how much you love your fosters. You make such a huge difference in their lives, and although I'm sure it's so difficult to give them up, know how special you are to these babies. Uni and all these pups are so lucky to be loved by you.

Awww, thanks so much! Uni knows the routine by now. Before, when a new one came in, she'd be like WTF? Who the hell is this?!
