Yeah it's definitely going to be too big. Is she a puppy? Will she grow into it? Otherwise she definitely needs something smaller

It is an XS but sizes aren't really standard across brands. This harness would work best for a 10-12 inch chest and it's 7" long.

Most of the designers are similar but still vary a little bit. Some are designed for skinny dogs and some for more broad-chested dogs.

In my experience your little pup is closer to an XXS, but not for long! At 14 weeks she will grow quickly I'm sure she's adorable!

Since I'm not quite sure if she'll grow to fit it, I better not take my chance. She's just so tiny. I really wanted it, too. Grrrr.
