I have been using UPS ground and an order that just went out to CA from TX was taking 4 days to get there. I can ship it using a different service but it will cost more in shipping. I can do my best to get it there when you are home and not while you are gone.

But it has been more than 4 days no? You said it shipped out on the Thursday the 9th and won't be here by Friday. So that's more than a week. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Linda,

Yes, it was supposed to ship on Thursday and it was my fault that it did not go out then. I was working at the hospital all day on Thursday and I was hoping to have it out to you that day but I just did not get a chance to get it there in time to go out. I did give it to our shipping department on Friday morning and it was already boxed and just need the label added. I did question it at work and I should be getting the tracking info from the owner today that I will forward to you.

Again, I am so sorry for the delay and if you want to change your mind about the package, I can send you a return label and once I receive the box back, I will offer a full refund.

I think for handmade quality items, we should give at least 2 weeks time to be made and an extra week to receive it. IMO. Tammie does attend nursing school & also works PT...she also has a new born (beautiful!) grand-daughter. She's got her hands full. Let's give her a break!

No, no, I was just confused. I still want it

. Just that when you said it would leave last Thursday and you said it was going to get here by this Friday, that seemed awfully long for UPS. All gravy. Let me know when you get the info.

Jenny, I wasn't trying to be hard on her. I know she's a busy person. Just that I was confused when she said she shipped it out last Thursday and it should be here this Friday, which is weird. Also, the blankets were premade, except for the 2 that she needed to make for me. I thank her for that. Just the shipping was confusing me.

Again, I am sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that this may have caused and I will be more than happy to take it back and offer a full refund if you want.
