The pennent harness vest is 6 long and 14 chest, but it has a 5 inch piece of velcro so it can be adjusted from about 10 inches to 16.5

The plaid hat or the Harley Davidson one? The plaid hat was from Pet Smart when Laney was a puppy (4 yrs ago). I'm not sure where the Harley one orginally came from.
