The chest measures 12 inches without stretching, but it is only 5 inches long. It would even fit my 5 1/2 pounder, but I don't care for it that short on her as her back is 10 inches.

#32 - The dress - is 14 inches chest and 8 inches long from base of collar.
#33 - The Polo - is 14 inches chest and 6 1/2 inches long from base of collar.

They fit my 11 and 12 inch chest (4 and 5 1/2 pounds) fine but could fit bigger also. Just depends on how you like them to fit and how long you want them to be.

Unstretched the chest is about 10 inches and the length from middle of collar about 8 inches.
