#32 - The dress - is 14 inches chest and 8 inches long from base of collar.
#33 - The Polo - is 14 inches chest and 6 1/2 inches long from base of collar.
They fit my 11 and 12 inch chest (4 and 5 1/2 pounds) fine but could fit bigger also. Just depends on how you like them to fit and how long you want them to be.
