Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Good Pet Clipper? Can you guys recommend a good pet clipper??? I’m looking for something that will work ok on Bengi but also one that is not very expensive and professional. I want to cut the hair in the body because it’s too long and it gets matted when he wears t-shirts. His hair is between cottony and modified silky, so that doesn’t help with the matts either. I wanted to take him to the groomer, but the one we used to go doesn’t work there anymore and I don’t feel like trying a new one for now. I want to give it a try and do it myself with hubby’s help. We already cut the hair in the face and around the eyes regularly, but I need a clipper to cut the hair in the body. What do you guys think??? |

| Grooming Clippers I too am grooming my dogs myself as I was sick and tired of botched haircuts! I burnt through all of the Wal-Mart/Petsmart types real quick! I invested in the Kim Laube Speed Feed Clippers. Every now and then, amazon has it on sale for around 80 something dollars, but I looked around and patience paid off as I got mine brand new on ebay for $57 plus 10 bucks shipping. These things cut FAST, accurate and smooth! Easy to clean vs. the cheap ones which required taking the whole blade off several times during the cut. It's quiet, non vibrating, cordless but powerful (charging station included in kit) and best of all, it doesn't get hot like others I've tried. I also have a Wahl beard and mustache trimmer for people. I use it for the small, hard to reach areas on my Yorkies. IMO, for the Kim Laube Clippers! |

| I got a groomig set at petsmart, which I like. But I am going to order a pair of Chris Christension (spelling) scissors. I have one pair now that gets the eye boggies out and I just love it, so I am going to order more things from him. A few ppl have stuff and they just love it |
