I received my 20 mm fusion pocket/toy pin brush today, but unfortunately it was missing a pin. I will call them tomorrow and hopefully they will provide me with a prepaid UPS label to ship the defective product back and also ship a new brush to me. I ordered directly from the Chris Christensen website.

Ahh, I'm so sorry to hear that but I'm sure they will rectify the problem and send you a new one - geez - at least I hope so for that kind of money for a brush. It's well worth the effort - I really like that brush as compared to the others I have purchased from Pets Edge, etc.

As a follow-up to my post, what I thought was a missing pin was actually an air hole so the brush can breathe. I called their customer service line and they explained this to me.

I love his brushes as well. I have the 27mm gold series and just received the 20mm fusion series brush. Both work well, but for the price I like the gold series and don't really see a big difference in the two. I also bought one of the boar bristle brushes and love it as well but think I should have ordered the medium bristle brush. But I'm happy with all my CC brush purchases.

There is a difference in the brushes. The Gold Series is gold plated and the gold will wear off over time which is what gives you the static free. In the Fusion it is 100% brass and will not wear off.
