| Hokule'a in new harness! Here's Hokule'a in her new harness made by Yorkiedaze. Excuse the pictures but she was not happy with me cause she thought she was going for a walk and not playing model - LOL!

| I am so glad I put her new harness on when we went for our walk this evening. A dog jumped over his fence (his mom couldn't control him) and went after Hokule'a but I was able to pull her up quickly and get her out of harm's way. I dread to think what would've happened if she had one of her older smaller harnesses on that aren't quite as secure as this new one. Thank you again, Yorkiedaze!

| I always use padding in the harnesses as well as a generous amount of velcro so that you can actually lift the dog up with the leash and it wont give. I can lift my Zada and she's 8 pounds. |

Hokule'a means 'bright star' and Kalani means 'sky/heaven'.

How do we keep our babies safe?!? Yorkiedaze said that one of those rolled leather collars kept one of her babies from getting her neck pierced - the other dog couldn't get a grip. What else can we do? I saw someone carries a stick and/or flashlight, but I'd need an extra hand
