|  A little sloppy... I've ordered a few items from Rena in the past... my first order was great! I ordered the Juicy sweat-shirt and the harness with wings... both were the right size and sturdy... however the 2nd time i ordered from her... (2 dresses) they were way too small for my girl and had a funky smell. I haven't ordered anything else from her recently... who know's maybe she's getting a little sloppy because she's got a lot of work.  I've also noticed that her prices went up a bit since I was last on there.

|  Wow I am sorry about your experience with her. I have ordered numerous clothes from her and have never had a prob. I just ordered two pj's which should be coming very soon. Oh well!

| I just received my first order from Rena on Saturday. I ordered two shirts for my lab. One of the shirts is a little too tight and she kind of looks like an over-stuffed burrito but otherwise everything was great. Rena was very helpful and the stuff arrived very quickly. |

|   I am STILL very upset with my last order from her and she did not reply to my emails .. although the price of postage to UK may have gone up in the meantime (not MY fault) I said i was happy to pay and exchange the two items I had in error.. I still have those items and no reply from Rena.. I will never order again, such a shame when this happens, I was more than happy with her previous orders but evidently she no longer cares! Ana xx In the USA you may well have a much better service. |

| i was planning on ordering some shirts and dresses from there. For the most part it seems the orders are pretty satisfactory. My concern is ordering something and it comes to small like some of you stated. How should I measure her to make sure i order the sizes right? |
