| I like the tiny clips that Des (Tiger's Mom) at go.fetch. Other than that, unless your baby has really thick hair - a french clip barrette probably won't stay in unless clipped around a band. BTW, Des also has the best hair bands I've found (and I've tried LOTS of them) for very inexpensive.

| What about something like these? Also you can buy the plain clips at a hobby store and them put what you want on them. Lots cheaper. http://www.puppybows.com/tinytoybarrettes.htm |

| I bought some bows that have the rubber bands and for some reason, it tangles Gordon's hair. I searched on ebay and found the bows with the clips and bought several. Now I'm looking for the plain clips to alter the ones with the rubber bands. I will check Hobby Lobby for the plain clips....I need the small ones and don't even know if they have a special name for them.

| I found tiny heart barretts for babies at Walmart. They have plastic clips and stay in very well. |

| Be careful, I was using tight clips for Cali's hair and I noticed I pulled some of her hair out on the top. I thought it was just the fact that the hair on top was turning white, but upon further inspection.........no hair. I just bought the bands from Desi too, since I heard such good things about them. Hopefully that will be better for her hair.
