| Here's the car seat I use. My girls each have one - they can see out and it doesnt have the straps going across the front that they can chew on or can't see around. I love it!! And the ebay seller is fantastic!!! quick shipping http://cgi.ebay.com/Small-Dog-Lookou...QQcmdZViewItem

I'm just wondering for longer car trips if that would work or not. Thanks!

| Took a look at your first to picks....The first one my son has for his dog....not really comfortable....very hard. The 2nd one doesn't appear to have the padded protection or comfort of a look out. If you shop around, pet edge, cherry brook and other pet suppliers you can find the Look Out much cheaper.

| My girls are tiny so yes they can lay down and even when they get to be about 4-5 lbs they should be able to lay down. These do come in larger sizes too!

| Not sure if you ordered your stroller yet...I have the same one....love everything about it except it is a bit difficult to get zipped up! Could be a better design But I do like it and I can take it out of the trunk or put it back with one hand! Thats a plus!however, this link a couple bucks cheaper and shipping is free - if the other site didn't offer free shipping, this would be worth it for you. http://www.petstreetmall.com/pet-strollers/ My carseat is the lookout with the drawer underneath...both girls fit in fine, sitting or laying and I just bought a second harness clip

Thanks for the link, I'm trying to find the best deal on it! Do you have the Lookout 1, 2 or the Buddy one? Thanks!

| I picked up a lookout used from e-bay. Just the basic one, no storage. It came yesterday and though we haven't had it in the car yet----Milo has been in and out of it. Even got up in it and took a nap. So I am sure he's going to love it. He's not a car dog and I had to make a trip back to my NH house this past week---about 4 hours. I rigged something similer to the lookout with a pillow and one of his beds and even clipped his harness to the SB strap. It really made the trip easier for him. When he got tired of watching out the window he just flopped down and slept. |
