It's hard to tell from pictures. One of the easiest ways to tell is to look how it lays, does it lay completely flat straight down from the body or does it have waves in it? Also it you take them oustide in the sun does her coat feel hot or cool to the touch. A true silk coat should always feel cool to the touch.
It's hard to tell with the eyes and flashing, as I believe a modified silk coat could flash as green or blue instead of yellow depending on the lighting.
Either way though, she is just BEAUTIFUL!

Your right. I contacted the bank and found out they charged me twice. Sorry, everyone for the confusion. Still waiting on my order though

The charge me twice too when I bought it. I had to call to get the refund. I got the shampoo already, though.

That's what I did, too. I really liked the shine and the soft feel. I have a daughter who is blind and she would complain that the yorkies didn't feel clean. If she were here now I don't think she could say that. They look and feel great and the added natural insect repellenancy (if it works) is an added bonus.

I just got my MinkSheen in the mail yesterday. I love the smell so far. I read that it was pretty strong until you rinse, so I "sniffed" from far away.

Tomorrow is bath day, so I'll be trying it out so I can give my opinion. But, by the looks of what everyone else is saying, I'm going to love it!!

When I emailed for a sample they emailed back that they didn't have anymore little bottles filled. So I emailed back and asked when they would have more filled. I didn't hear back, but a while later I got a sample in the mail.

I am SO happy that you got some! I know you mentioned wanting to try it out on your darling babies when you PM'd me and didn't know if you were ever able to get some or not. I'm happy that you were able to get a sample!

I have read all these reviews about Minksheen, so I tried to order it on April 10th and still have to recieve my order. I tried to contact the customer service to see if there's any problem but the customer service lady was really rude. All I did was send them an email asking "just wondering if my product was shipped yet", and she replied saying that I should have sent her an email with my credit card information and since I didn't, the item is still sitting on her desk. that's it, no hi or thanks for your order or anything. Maybe I am just being picky...but it seem to me she was "angry" at me.
BTW, did any one has to resent their credit card infor on a seperate email, other then punching them in on the purschasing website?

I just wanted to know how anyone can really stand the smell? My friend (abbey46923) brought some over for me to try this weekend...I opened it and smelled and started coughing. It smells like bug spray. Lynne didn't like the smell either. Will it smell like that on my Yorkies? I'm afraid to try it.
