| Problems w/Petedge Zanies Toys Hi! I ordered a ton of the Zanies plush and berber dog toys for my little Molly. Probably about 50 of them. I figured I would get a few years supply at the same time and just pull them out as needed. Most of them seem to have such loose stitching or are made of such flimsy backed plush that they are ripping open the first or second time she plays with them. I sent them this email on May 14th, but haven't gotten a response yet. Good afternoon. I am so diasppointed in the quality of your Zanies pet toys. I bought a ton of them from you as I thought they would be well made. The stitching is so loose in most of them that my dog ( a little yorkie) has already ripped 6 of them open and pulled the stuffing out. She ripped two open on the day they arrived! The worst seem to be the giggle grippers, lion and hippo, and the critterpillar. All three have been thrown away, the hipo and critterpillar on the day they arrived! Yes, the hipo and critterpillar were ripped open the day they arrived! Their prices are great, but in the long run, paying three times as much is cheaper if the toy lasts more than an hour! Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks! Val |

| I have bought all of the toys that you listed and only had a problem with the hippo. I buy toys from there all the time since I make an order to them about once every 2 weeks for grooming supplies. |

| I wouldn't throw anymore away just keep them put up for a while because if and when they do write you back they may ask for them to be returned so they can see proof. And if you do send them back you may want to take pictures before you send them, for your own proof. Just a thought. That is pretty bad though that your Yorkie is able to tear them up that quick. I'm not saying Reagan hasn't tore anything up, but it usually takes her at least a few days of constant chewing.

| The problem with petedge to begin with is that you have to $500 or more to have all the fees waived...$60+ waives the $6.99...then there are other fees...my order was gonna have like a $15 fee...I ended up not ordering, and I'm glad I did since you are having issues....

My groomer felt bad for breaking it and put a ribbon thru it so she could wear it. when i got home i checked the other one i bought and same thing band broke when i pulled it a little and it doenst open to bad cuz they were so cute and i agree about the shipping. i was going to order those toys also but i guess i wont now |

I've never had any problems w/ PetEdge. What other fees do they charge? I always order over 60 and then the waive teh 6.99 and charge 5 or so for shipping depending on what you've ordered.

| Just wanted to add that I have a few of their toys, too and the only one I had a problem with was a bright blue teddy. I think it was a dollar, so no big deal, but it leg ripped when we were playing tug of war with it.

| I've had problems with the Zanie brand too. Tuffy can destroy one in one day and there is usually stuffing everywhere which can be dangerous. I also hate that Pet Edge charges all those fees, I always get charged the handling fee and a hefty shipping fee. My last order had a shipping fee of over $10 plus the $6.99 handling fee. That's just too much. I shop King Wholesale more often now. They only charge a $5 handling fee for orders under $100 I believe and their shipping is free.

| Mya's stuffed toys were purchased at the dollar store. I made sure they did not contain beads or any loose eyes etc. I did buy her a very cute dog for $20.00 that pants and barks and another for $7.00 She plays with her dollar store toys more and they look in good condition where as the more expensive toys look shabby and I ended up taking one away after one day because she took the stuffing out of it. She also loves the tags on the toys which have held up to chewing. It reminds me of kids at christmas that would rather play with the box that the toy came in.
