| I know how you feel. My carpet is new too and its a berber and a very light light one. You could never see any stains with the naked eye. I got the same stuff and when I turned on the black light... I sat and cried. I had my boy Parker then. We watched him like a hawk, but he would run in the room for 2 seconds and he must have been peeing or marking. You have to soak the area with this stuff and let it dry completely before you shampoo. Also you might have to treat it several time for it all to be removed. My carpets came very clean. I spent alot of money cause I bought so many bottles. After that, I tried and tried with him but I had to rehome him cause my hubby just couldnt deal with it. and I couldnt either. He would not stop. Then I became black light obsessed. Take in on your computer key board... look at all the germs. I took it in the bathroom expecting to find something, but I think it was the cleanest. LOL check out walls where you have light switches too. its amazing. |

| This really frightens me, I do not know if I am brave enough for the black light. Let me know how it goes though if the product is good I may need to get it. Everytime my friend's frenchie comes over he pees everywhere.

| So, how did the stuff work on your carpet? Did it take up all the lovely bright spots that shone in the black light? My new baby (10 wks) is peeing everywhere when she's not crated, and I can't always catch her 'cause she moves so fast. I'm worn out just trying to watch her poop and pee!!!! |

| I haven't used mine yet.....I'm a slacker, I know....I bought mine, what...last week or so! HA! Anyway, we have wood floor, but I am curious to see if there are any spots too! I doubt if I show a video though! HA! Please post and let us all know how it works for you! In another thread, someone posted that they loved it and it worked well! Can't wait to see for myself.

| I'm sorry, I thought I posted a response. Well, no, the stuff didn't work!!! They say it won't work if you've used previous chemicals on the rug...and I used tons!!! Windex, other pee cleaner, Bissell carpet cleaner, etc. So, if you find someone that never used a chemical on their rug, it might work. But, find me that person who has Yorkies and never put chemicals on it!! LOL Someone on YT a while back posted about a GREAT pee cleaner that worked wonders. I can't actually find the thread. Anyone remember what the stuff was called?

| Well, thanks anyway for saving us all some moolah. Too bad it doesn't work. I'm trying some stuff called Get Serious. I'll let you know if it's any better than anything else. |

In March 2005 I had light beige Berber carpet put down when Monday was 2.5 years old .... I bought URINE GONE also (got a nice black light) .... a lot of lint showed up ... but since the carpet was new, I had no problems (yet) ... never got a chance to try it, the plumber came and saw it under the sink and asked if he could have it ... so thatz that ... but I am going to go thru the house with the black light to see if Monday has done anything since March 2005. However, I have used the Hoover steam cleaner solution along with the Hoover, so I may be in the same situation you guys are! Gotta love those Yorkies .....

I'm not sure, but I couldn't find the thread either, I think it was called "Simple Solution." Doesn't that sound right?
