| Here are some super cute ceramic dog bowls that Shana sells in her shop Tinkerbell's Closet! My dogs have ceramic bowls and they are just too heavy for them to pick up. They would be a good option! http://tinkerbellscloset.com/browse_.../0/Name/Dishes |

| I was always told only to use stainless steel bowls - you can get little tiny ones with a rubber gripper on the bottom so they wont slide on the floor.

| We use ceramic bowls too. Ginger CANT pick them up which is a real plus. But she does kick them around the kitchen soccer-style, and occasionally one gets pushed down the stairs.

| I use the small, white Corning Ware bowls...they're safe, can't be carried around and they go with any decor! I keep a couple sets to switch out during the week...they work great for us. |

| I use ceramic. Ours is the pretty pink "Princess" bowls from Target. Sadie's Nana bought them for her.

| I have these ceramic bowls with a holder. I love it! I put the bowls in the dishwasher as often as needed, usually about once a week. I got them at the local Petsmart for $20 http://www.petsmart.com/global/produ...N=2025790&Ne=2 |

| Any place like Petco, PetsMart, Target, Wal-Mart, etc....carries cute and stylish ceramic and stainless steel bowls now in all sizes. We bougth Mojos at a gift shop while shopping in another town one day. It is a big ceramic bone with a place for water and food. It came with a floor mat too. I did see some cute ones online the other day, while "browsing" the web...that might be a good place to find some neat shaped ones or get a deal on a set.
