| Electronic Flea Comb? I hate using chemicals on my furkids. I was wondering if anyone here used the electronic flea combs? I was wondering how they would work on a Yorkie coat? |

| Okay, this is an old post, but I was doing some "searching" and found this topic. I am VERY interested in finding something like an electronic flea comb (if they are made)........I remember working at our local public school a few years ago and they had the electric lice comb.....I wonder if they work the same??? The electric lice combs can be bought at Wal-Mart ---- do you think that would work? Thank goodness, I have never found a flea on Mojo, but they can pick one up anywhere! I think one of these combs would be good to have.........

| I know this is an old post but I have seen these on Ebay. I haven't used them before. My groomer suggested using a flea comb just to brush Alfie's coat rather than a brush or a comb.

| Electronic Flea Comb greetings everyone... a url for a comb i personally used and highly recommend: Robi Comb the SAFE Lice Killer - Non-Toxic and Pesticide Free this comb saved my daughter's Pom's life. their coat is so thick and nothing else worked and she was dying. i found the comb at walmart and tried it. took hours of patience and repetive combing but has been 2 yrs and she is doing great....kept my yorkie combed killing any transferred fleas. this comb kills fleas and eggs. i went online to see if i could find another as mine died and happily found the comb (and replacement parts). thus, i found this wonderful site the dogs shied at the little noise the comb makes, but they literally would come to me when they heard it come on....they knew it meant no more itching! it is gratifying to hear the noise the comb makes when killing the fleas...no more digging and matting fur. hope this helps you!! |
