| You know, I just ordered some Dogswell products for my website. They are a good company and their stuff says all the right things all over it - USDA, no added anything. Their website is not clear about where they are made. In fine print on the VERY bottom of the package it says "Made in China" so I called them and asked how I am supposed to sell a product made in China. They didn't really have an answer. So they are USDA inspected, but when you say they are free range or whatever HOW DO YOU KNOW? I thought the Dogswell ones were a safe alternative and I still think they are a high-quality product, but I am returning my inventory. I can't sell treats made in China no matter how good the company is. Plus, they are expensive. For $8 a bag you'd think they could find a way to make them here.

| Is this the kind that was recalled from WalMart shelves recently? There was a post under health and diet about this.

| No, the dogswell wasn't the walmart brand that was pulled - I forget the name of the brand walmart carries. The dogswell hasn't been recalled as far as I know, but it is made in China and I'm not comfortable with that. |

| How can you tell if a treat is made in china? I give Zoey Hollywood stars liver treats. It says JRB Foods Sharon Center, Oh. Is there a way to tell if a co imports ingedients from China. This is so scary. How do I know if something is safe??
