| Chew-It-Yourself Toothbrush I figured I would post this as I know I have seen many posts on here from people who have problems brushing their little one's teeth. I came across this the other day when placing an order for a couple of other things and figured I would try it as my pups can't stand for me to brush their teeth......and for little dogs, they sure can put up a good fight. Seeing as it is $15, I decided to just order one and see how it went. Well, it came in the mail last night so I figured I would give it a try. Because they like the toothpaste, they kept chewing right on the bristles trying to get it out of there. You could actually hear the bristles brushing against their teeth. The only problem I had was keeping the other one away while they each got their 2-3 minute turn. I'm definitely going to have to order another one. I can't really attest to its effectiveness, but by the looks and sounds of it, it seems like it is going to work just great. If someone had told me last week that there was a way to brush their teeth that they would actually enjoy, I never would have believed them. I definitely have to give props to whomever created this thing!!! Link for Chew-It-Yourself Toothbrush

| I have the small one for Loki. It says 3 minutes a day so I just set the timer and give it to him in his crate like I would a Kong. I do have to help him get the front teeth - he likes to chew with the back. He'll chew on a regular toothbrush himself too but this is safer. I called the company and asked them to consider making a smaller one too. The length is fine but it is too wide. It still works, but Loki has to open up REALLY wide to chew it. It's like 2 inches thick. I still like it, but if you have a Yorkie with a tiny mouth it might be too big.

| what makes it different than a regular toothbrush? The handle, as I read it I thought,,Hmm he might do that w/ his own toothbrush.. I'll try it. Cause he does like the toothpaste, he just doesn't like me trying to get his in his mouth.

| I received the chew brush and Rowdy is currently licking the toothpaste off and chewing on the hard blue part, rather than the bristles. It's too wide for his to get his mouth over, so at best, if he does decide to chew the bristle part, he will only get his top teeth brushed. Oh well, I think my schnauzer will use it, so all is not lost. I wish they would make one for small dogs!!! It's a great concept
