| Oxygen Masks I just read in our town's paper that all the Fire depts here will be carrying oxygen masks kits to fit our pets, also cats., in size, med, and large. isn't that great!!! the pets masks feature a unigue snout shape hole designed to fit tightly around an animals muzzle feeding oxygen into it's lungs to combat smoke inhalation. | On the Rescue Squad that I belong to we have all size masks (from pediatrics to adult). I'm sure we'd be able to find one to fit a dog if we really had to (hey it's better than nothing, right? ). I also just bought a Red Cross Pet first aid book today, so I can help Baby...or a dog on scene if I need too. I wonder if the squad would let me help a pet. I think I'm gonna ask!
