| I like the Tropiclean water additive. It seem to help fresher their breath. Also, your pet may need a dental cleaning by your vet to get rid of odor causing bacteria.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I have used Yappies They smell nice, but I found giving Jazz chew things and brushing her teeth worked best. My friends pup had really bad breath, and we found out she had a bad tooth. Hope your baby is healthy. A little puppy breath makes me smile.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | If there is really *this* much odor, then please please please take your kiddo to the vet ASAP as there is very likely a dental issue and your kiddo could be in a lot of pain here. Dental issues *hurt*. Bad mouth odor in dogs is due to a dental issue.

| I prefer the Tropiclean products as well. We use the tooth gel and brush regularly, but when life gets in the way and I miss a day or two we use the water additive. Mine also love the Tropiclean dental chews. As others have said though, a vet visit should be first on your list. Your dog may have a bad tooth or need a good cleaning. There are other issues, such as kidney disease, that can also cause bad breath. Better to get it checked out right away. Diana |
