i still really love this wooden pin comb. it is so awesome...
this combined with the wooden pin brush makes for a very easy grooming routine

Mine came in too and I love it for the first combing of the mustache area, this has been a real problem area for the boys, so I’m grateful to have found something that makes it easier. You have to finish off with a finer tooth comb, but it works great in that area in getting on initial snarls, without pulling their hair. I prefer the wooden pin brush for their legs which have full length hair. The wooden pin brush has pins that move and flex, so if there is a tangle, it doesn't just pull it. The wooden pin comb, however, does not have flexible pins, they are stationary. It seems like it would work great if their body hair was long, and it wouldn’t produce static electricity like some steel combs can.

yes, it does work excellent on the body , for oscar anyway. he has fine pin straight hair and this comb works great.. it is too big to do his face so i use a small metal comb for that... then i finish off with the cc wooden pin brush..

Yeah, it's a little big, but there's no pulling of the mustache, and I like that.

Nancy, the comb isn't too big for the beard area? I love the looks of it, but was afraid it would be too big. I find that the mustache area is the hardest part on a yorkie to comb out. I keep Jada and Bogie both in "The Joey" cut and love my wooden pin brush for their legs and Bogie's full tail. I have yet to find the perfect grooming tool for beards. I may have to give this a try.

Just seeing these pics...What a good boy Oscar is, he's really enjoying his grooming time! I see how the comb works now, you have it @ an angle...I was thinking of the pins directly against the skin & was thinking that they won't line up.

thank you , he is really good at grooming time.. i am very thankful cause it makes my job much easier..
yeah, the comb works really well , it is curved with 2 rows of teeth . and the pins are smooth and rounded so no poking

I would prefer it a little smaller, but it works better than anything I've tried. Their mustaches need a good combing every day and combing first with this before I use the finer tooth comb makes it much easier. I've seen pictures of Jada Bogie and the cut looks adorable on them, I'm so glad the cut works for your two!

I got my comb today THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FINDING ME ONE WANDA!
I love it. While Wallee's hair hasnt yet grown back in I can tell by combing through his moustache that it glides nicely. Now I should be able to get the mats out from his harness somuch easier.

it sure does making grooming a lot easier when pup & mom are happy
