I was looking at some items not too long ago and saw that they do have some negative reviews though not as many reviews as I would have thought a big company like that would have. Maybe they have gotten too big. I do think their prices are quite high unless they are having a sizable sale. |

I wouldn't do business with someone that slants the reviews. Have to wonder how many other sites do the same. |
I jsut ordered two items from them this afternoon, teeth and ear care, and am still waiting for a confirmation email. I called them for the second time around 2p, and was told that I would receive an email within ten minutes. That was over six houts ago, and I'm still waiting. |
Not surprised. I never got confirmation email either. Plus when I tried to log in to look up my tracking number it said my password was wrong. Then I tried to reset my password it said I wasn't registered. :rolleyes: There is something wrong with that site. |
I don't know what happened to Dr. Foster's. I ordered a crate from them after the big quake here and it arrived very quickly via USPS priority. This June when it was time to buy more heart guard plus, the base vet was out and the receptionist said they had just switched to a new ordering system so she didn't know when they would be getting it. She suggested I order online in case it didn't come in before I needed it. I ordered from Dr. Fosters and they have changed how they ship. It has gone fedx mail. which is where it goes by fedx ground (takes about a week) to the post office where it then gets mailed parcel post. Thank goodness the vet's office got the heart guard back in because I still haven't received my order. I haven't written a review for them. I also order from petedge. My orders take any where from 4-10 days, which is great for here. Amazon is also great, as long as it is from Amazon and not one of there partners. |
You know what I think that's what they did to me too. It was tracked as FedEx but then got changed to USPS. Took almost one week longer |

Even if a company sells a dream product...if their custom service is stinky (as I feel this situation shows stinky customer service) I won't shop there. If they are editing reviews because of a negative product review I for one am not going to shop there. Think I'll send them a little comment of my thought on their review editing (not mentioning you or where I got my information). |

After I answered their questions, they never got back to me. I don't delete anyone's negative reviews or issues they have with my shop. I leave it there so people can see how we handle things. There is no company in the world that has 100% customer satisfaction. Also, I don't believe in replying to bad reviews on sites such as yelp. People can read and make their own decisions. Some people just love to hate on people and leave bad reviews. Readers can come to their own conclusions to if that person is a jerk or not and to believe their review or not. I think more companies should do this and stop trying to hide the bad reviews. |
