I got free samples but had to pay shipping. I found it when I googled free samples but when I looked for it on the website I could not find it.

Yes, I did as well. I wrote the company and they sent me a link to order samples and just pay for shipping as well!! Thanks!!

I bought this product and haven't used yet cause I am afraid of getting it in eyes? How do you keep from eye area? Also your baby is beautiful.

Then, what do you use to wash your pup?? I am sure it will be fine. I wash Miles' face last and co centrate on back of the head and mouth and neck.

I do the same. Sheldon has tasted the shampoo and he doesn't seem to mind it and I am pretty sure it has got in his eyes before by accident and he didn't even flinch.

I have always used the Yorkie Splash and Shine shampoo on Gracie's face with no problem. I just wish she would stop licking it and swallowing it!

It has never bothered her but it just seems weird that she likes the taste of it so much. I give her a bath in the kitchen sink and use this thing I got at PetCo when they were having a 30% off online sale. It is so helpful beclause it has three speeds of spray. I can get her wet and rinsed in no time at all and no worry about left over residue.

I was able to install it myself with a small pipe wrench. It has made bath time such a quick and easy time and she doesn't get cold waiting for me to finish rinsing her anymore.
I have never had an issue using YSSS on Gracie's face. No sting or problems.

They probably close their eyes as a natural reflex...

darla is just gorgeous! after reading so many reviews here on yorkie talk i just ordered ours. i got the shampoo, conditioner, and detangler. it's supposed to be delivered today so next bath i'll be trying it and hoping for great results like others have had!

I ordered the shampoo, conditioner and detangler on Tuesday and it is set to arrive tomorrow! Fast shipping is always a plus.

I used all three products on Lola last night and she looks so soft and fluffy! I accidentally got some in her eyes (and I freaked out of course) but she just sat there like it didn't bother her. I quickly rinsed her eyes and she was fine. The scent is different than I expected and kind of reminds me of Hawaiian Punch but she smells very nice and clean. I am impressed and as long as she doesn't develop any itching problems we will be repeat customers.
