| Long Lasting, Clean Smelling Shampoo I have two little guys that can get pretty stinky and my boyfriend is sure to point this out to me. I don't like to bathe them too often, but I don't want the smelling either. I've tried a million from the local stores and nothing really wow's me... Is there any shampoos that smell nice for a long period of time that you'd recommend? Brand name, scent and store or website would be of great help to me....

| I've really like Chris Christensen. Bought a trial sample thingy of shampoo, conditioner, thickener and spray and LOVE it. I also always liked Minksheen in regards to smelling good for a few days - some say they don't like the smell. It can be strong, kind of cologne-y. I've never bought something from the store that I've been satisfied with though. I bathe Jackson once every 2 weeks.

| I like Chris Christensen day-to-day, Bio-Groom protein and lanolin shampoo and silk conditioner, Yorkie Splash and Shine. I bathe my yorkies weekly.

| As far as for the smell, I think Yorkie Splash and Shine is the best. I use the detangler for in between bath times.

| I love Everyday Isles for Dogs. It is a little expensive but it works great. I bought it on a whim because I forgot to bring some before going to the self dog wash place to wash Buddy my rescue Golden. I washed him 2 weeks ago and he still smells great even when wet. He goes to the dog park daily and the dirt/mud never seems to stick to him. It seems to just brush out so easily. I was bathing him at least 2x/ week before and he was still a little smelly. People keep telling me at the dog park how good he looks and how he smells so good. The yorkies are so soft and shiny now because I just washed all four today and they look fab. No fly away/static hair that they usually get when I blow-dry them. I would highly recommend this product. Silky Shampoo | Canada Silk Spray | Canada Silk Conditioner | Canada

| Ruger never smells. I assumed it was a yorkie thing. He just gets kinda scuzzy. Anyway, the best shampoo I've used is Fluffy Puppy. |

| I also like the Isle of Dogs. It smells great and no more than you use to bathe a yorkie it lasts a long time so the cost isn't too bad. |

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | i'LL put my two cents in for Isle of dogs. It is a great shampoo n conditioner. You can dilute the shampoo, and or conditioner. My boy could I think go two weeks without smelling bad; and we walk and play outside. Great product and I do have a show dog, where coat care is so important.

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Funny I came across this thread. The groomer was here on Tuesday and pups always smell so good when she is done. The good smell lasts for days so i assumed it was her shampoo. This time she forgot her shampoo and used mine. When she finishes she sprays a little something on them. It smells so good so i had to find out what it was. she uses Vanilla sweet pea spray by Nootie. Today and went looking for it and found Vanilla warm cookie, it smells good but I really like the sweet pea. I found it at Marshalls. It's available on line too.

| I don't usually buy products for the scent because I am more interested in the results I get with the coat BUT I have to say the Yorkie Splash and Shine has a beautiful long lasting scent. I prefer to use all natural products on my pets. |

| Oh about the Isle of Dogs products, which line do you use? There are so many and I have no idea which is which. I have used the Bounce products and love the shampoo, conditioner and grooming spray. I have got the Yorkie Splash shampoo and conditioner but haven't tried them yet..I do love the Yorkie sheen detangling spray, I used this for her everyday grooming, is this ok?
