| Where did you find the toy size orange cones? I love going to garage sales. I am always buying towels and bedding from garage sales and the Goodwill stores in our area.

I think they come with 4 or 6. Yes I love the garage sales and Goodwill. I have also purchased baby blankets and baby comfortors for my yorkies. I have gotten some very nice stuff too. | |

| I would love to make my own washable pee pads. I was just wondering if anyone knows what the bottom is made of. I have been using washables for a few years now and love them.

| I get mine from Personally paws website. I have been using the same pads for over 4 years and they are still in great condition! Well worth the investment!!! Washable Puppy Training & Whelping Pads and Pet Supplies - PersonallyPaws

| with 5 girls, i use the washable pads that are used in the hospitals. I bought them on ebay. They are big and have the waterproof bottoms and soft cloth on top. They can be cremated in the wash every week and they still work. I know some lose their waterproofness if they don't use a good PUL fabric. That is the waterproof fabric that is needed. If you pull up washable pee pads on ebay you will get a ton of the washable ones. I think i got 12 for $25. They are heavy duty and I have had mine for about 3 years now and have had no issues with them leaking. Highly recommend the washable to the disposable. Here's an example of the ones i have: They are 15 for $19 + $18 s/h but that is still cheap for 15. These pads weigh 1.5 lbs. each so that box will be heavy! 15 Washable Puppy Pads Pooch Incontinence Pee Wee Dog - eBay (item 400178075608 end time Jan-01-11 22:11:23 PST) |

| I just got a dozen more for xmas. They work great. I do use bleach and detergent too when I wash them. I think the bottom of my pads get a little torn from the bleach after having them for a long time though. I don't think your suppose to use bleach, but I have too. It's the only thing that makes the stains and odor go away.

| Yorkie Yakker | Thank you all for this! I five puppies in training and had tried a grass mat for my two adults. Neither took to it, but after picking up chewed pieces of the pads in the puppies home, I put the grass mat in their puppy pad. They love it - but I still need an alternate source and am going o order some washable pads today. |

| Yorkie Yakker | I jus placed an order - they were not in the inventory at any of my major name or local mom and pop pe stores which is to bad. Disposable puppy pads should be he trend.Bu of course - the other companies who sell the disposable will soon be out of business. I think the cost effect far outweighs having one puppy who illiminates at minimum, 10 times per day until 'full grown' - for me times 5 plus 2 and that's a lot of doodoo and pee (even though puppy poo is tiny and so cute). |

| I'm thinking about using washable pee pads, but I would think they would make your washing machine stink of pee? My boy's pee is fairly non-stinky but I don't want my other clothes to get contaminated by it in the washer. |
