Wow! That is a huge difference! Looks like 5 is your size! I really was contemplating sending it back.. and for the first few days I left the tag on it and it just sat on my shelf with the box.

My friend came over last night and I got her opionin on it and she really liked it. She also didn't think it was too tight so that made me feel better too.

We went on a walk later and that's when I truly fell in love with it. Taycie likes to be in front when we walk, which I really don't mind, she doesn't pull, but there is a slight tension of the leash.

I fell in LOVE with it when I noticed it did not ride up on her little neck at all!! That is when I was sold and the design of it made more sense. I think the look is really what I had to get used too.

You shouldn't feel that way, not everything is going to appeal to everyone. Although, I know what you mean. I think I'm the only one who doesn't really like CC Ice on Ice grooming spray, lol.

I didn't care for Ice on Ice either

I would be concerned if it is snug and only fits on the last hole. You want to be able to adjust it for clothing. Sounds like a 3.5 might be a better idea.

I actually use the 2nd hole. It will actually go to the 3rd hole as well but I think the second one is more comfortable.

You can also use a good mink oil leather preserver, it will help soften the leather and protect it from mud and water we use our bb all the time on our 2 mile waks in the park and on vacation at the beach in the sand. Quincy does not go in the water he is a scardy cat and barks at the waves. It's too comical. Ours has also stretched out I don't think he really knows its on he so use to it. Quincy is 10lbs and wears a size 4.5.

It looks really nice. I bet it might be like new shoes, just need to break it in and it'll soften up and meld more...

I personally LOVE Buddy Belts, that is all i use with Ralph (: Plus I got to go to where they make them, and the owner puts SO Much love in to making them, and if the sizing is wrong you could always call them directly and they would help you and maybe replace it (:

Thanks all! I have really been enjoying it. It has stretched some and does fit her like a glove. Some sweaters I am not able to get on her with her BB so I am thinking I will be ordering a 3.5 for the future.

I am loving it! I also should add... I love how it does not cause her hair to matt at all! That alone is the best part!

I'm just "sitting on the fence" regarding getting one for Howie. My main concern, like a few have mentioned, is the sizing. Howie is exactly 13" around the chest and he weighs very slightly over 7 lb. Sld I go for a size 3 or 3.5. Wld you say they fit on the large size, or small ?? Oh my, decisions, decisions.

I sell Buddy Belts and I believe a Size 3 would fit Howie very nicely. My Teddy wore a Size 3 when he was Howie's size.
