| Shampoo with the best smell :) ? What shampoo do you think has the best smell ? I've been using Pet Silk but I don't like the smell of it anymore (I have been using rainforest, moisturizing and mountain berry), and Tropiclean but the smell doesnt last even 1 day in my dog with tropiclean. Now I'm using Bio Groom, I like it the smell is OK but not super good, I use fluffy puppy shampoo and silk conditioner Also sometimes I buy Herbal groom shampoo instead , different smells I like to change shampoos often cause I can't stand having always the same smell I wan't a shampoo that has a smell like he has just gotten home from the groomers ! What do you all use?? and how is the smell ?

| I agree, Biogroom is not my favorite scent in the world, but I like the products and the smell wears well. Chris Christensen, I like the scent but it is overpowering to my sensitive nose. Same for my boys. Too bad for us because I love what it does for their hair. PetSilk, can't remember which one, was my favorite, but it stopped working for Max's hair. I may try it again. I love the light, clean scent of Coat Handler and Vellus, but neither lasts long enough.

| Thanks for the info I have tried Vellus and I liked it, but its just so expensive here. Fido is shaved now so it doesn't matter if the shampoo is good for matting or something like that just that the smell is good and it cleans the coat well Has anyone tried Bark-2-Basics ? Or Pure Paws ??? I have to try Chris Christensen, I'll propably buy 1 bottle of that on the next dog show !

| I tried once Bio Groom Apple Crisp shampoo and I love it ! But they don't have that kind of conditioner just shampoo, its 2in1 shampoo and conditioner. It just has this strong apple smell that you can't use for a long time but I use it sometimes

| Try a coat and skin conditioner called "Mr. Groom." I used it on my silkies and now on Dori. You spray on, brush through. They have a website to check it out.

| I mainly use #1 All Systems shampoo and conditioner. It's very concentrated and last forever. I even mix it with more water than called for. It's smells wonderful. I also use MinkSheen 4 in 1 Pet Shampoo.1 Gentle Shampoo, 2. Coat Conditioner, 3. Anti-bacterial Formula, and 4. Natural Insect Repellant. It smells so clean and fresh, but is a bit expensive and isn't concentrated.

| I agree Amy! Yorkie Splash & Shine is definitely the best I've used on Toby.

| WalnutHill is a YT member. Here's the link to her website. The shampoo is a bit watery but it still does the trick. Don't let the texture fool you. You will LOVE the smell. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, I see she has prices that start at $2.50. That would be a good way to try it to see if you like it. | Thanks for the answers ! I can't get Yorkie Splash And shine in Iceland its too expensive to let stores in the US send here to Iceland, but I'll probably go next summer to US then I'll probably buy it ! I have to try minksheen. Is the Bio Groom Minksheen OK ? its the only minksheen I can get here in Iceland I think. Also has anyone here tried the SPA shampoo and conditioner ? does it smell good? I saw it in petstore yesterday here in Iceland.

| Earthbath Oatmeal and Aloe shampoo smells DIVINE (it has a Vanilla & Almond scent). I use that + the Vanilla and Almond spray and my dog smells great! I like that they use natural ingredients. |

| I agree -- Tropiclean doesn't even last a day on Jackson when it comes to smell. Minksheen seems to last the longest, but I think I'm getting tired of the smell. Our bottle is almost gone so I'm going to be looking for something else soon anyways. I personally like the smell (it's kind of like cologne, and it can be pretty strong, but I like it -- think 'AXE' for dogs, LOL). But after the initial bath, I don't find the smell too over-powering at all. I like the BioGroom Silk Creme Conditioner, it makes his short coat really shiny. The smell is just okay... I'm not big on the scent and it probably only lasts about two days. I think the key is finding a good after-bath spray/spritz. That seems to be what helps hold the smell the longest. I purchased "Italian Pet Spa" (I think?) from Petco once and OMG, he smelled like a sugar cookie. It was awesome. I have yet to find it in the store again lol.

| Cool True Blue sounds nice ! Yeah I have to find some good sprays or dog colognes, so he keeps smelling nice ! What I have been doing is mixing tropiclean conditioner (the one with the coconut smell) dilute about 1:3 and then spray a little bit over him, you can use any conditioner, he smells good then ! but it doesnt last long though I just do it if he smells bad !
