| I just ordered once - purple metallic no less - for Cali, but I am nervous about the fit. I e-mailed them but the answer was not very definitive. I'll know more about the fit when I get it. She has long hair and most harnesses have been a bit of a problem with matting where the harness rubbed on the hair when she walked/ran. We will see.

| I have two of the leather Choke-free harnesses for Roxie - pink with little paws and metallic aqua with little flowers. I love them, and they've stretched and softened the more she's worn them. The first one I ordered directly from their web site, but then I found a local specialty pet store that is a distributor of Choke-free products. It was a few bucks cheaper at the store. I also got the seat belt adapter and it's great. Roxie actually prefers to ride in SO's car with the adapter, than in my car with the car seat. She seems much more relaxed with the adapter. I also picked that up in the same pet store.

| My furkids Donating Member | I saw one of these a while ago when I was looking for choke free harnesses....it wasn't as fancy as these are! I kept the picture of it and am going to try to make one....However...seeing these and the pretty colors I just may buy them instead! I didn't see pricing though...did I miss it somewhere? Are they expensive?

| I ordered the first one from sassypup.net and it was $36.99 + tax and shipping. The second one I purchased at USA Dog & Pet Shop in Palisades. It was around $26 and the seat belt adapter was $29. If you check the Choke-free site, they do list other licensed retailers if you don't want to order online. Maybe there is one near you. The leather harness was snug the first few times I put it on Roxie, but it did loosen up significantly the more she wore it.

| Good afternoon! ![]() I'm in the UK, and was weighing up the Buddy Belt v Choke Free for quite a while - we can't get them over here, or anything really like them! With the brilliant help of sugarmama (thank you again!!) I decided on the Choke Free - and we've never looked back. Ended up having it shipped over from Freida's Boutique in Florida - Dee there was so helpful including explaining exactly how to measure etc. (returns would be tricky!!!). The only problem I had was choosing the colour - but that was kind of decided for me as my husband said he'd only walk him in the black one!!! However, I can feel a few sneaky baby blue/purple ones coming on (well, it's nearly his birthday, Christmas, Easter etc.......!!! ) Sally + Harry x |

| Good morning! I thought it would be a problem too - and England's a long way for a quick pop-in to check!! ![]() However, online, Dee at Freidas Boutique talked me through the process and the measuring etc (just behind the shoulders, round the girth, in inches, keep it snug, add an inch etc.) she was marvellous. And it really worked - as does the Choke Free!! Hope you manage to sort it out ok! Sally + Harry x |

| I have the Buddy Belt for my girls and they even have the liners for the long hair dogs that can mat easily. Buddy Belts, Buddy Belt Harness - FunnyFur.com and when I put their sweaters or jackets on them, then I don't need the liners. Also this is what I have to attach them in the car. It's quick and easy to change them around and works in the bike basket. Pet Auto Safety Restraint Strap - black
