| small clipper suggestions? I already posted this in the grooming section, but I thought I'd try here too... I recently started grooming my kids myself, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job! Lol. I just want to get a clipper with a smaller blade for smaller areas. I think I would feel more comfortable trimming near the eyes and on the pads with a smaller blade. There is a few I've looked into, but I'm open to any suggestions. I'm grooming with the Andis UltraEdge, but for the small clippers the brand doesnt matter. If anyone can give me reviews on the few I've looked at or suggest anything else, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks! Here's what I'm looking at: Wahl Trimmer Combo Kit -- Pet Trimmers | PetEdge.com ConAir Canine FX Palm Pro Micro Trimmers | PetEdge.com Andis Safe-T-Light Trimmer | PetEdge.com Oster Mini Max Trimmer | PetEdge.com Oster Whisper Quiet Finisher-Trimmer | PetEdge.com

| Oster is the best as far as i know...I used to groom horses, and we used full sized Osters and they worked super well. all the other brands we tried died. I know you're using small ones so they wont get abused as much, but its better to know what abuse they can handle.

| The best smaller razor for shaving ears, pads, small areas and the and the safest....is a Wahl Peanut......precision cut....safe, sharp blade. Oster's are great for body clipping and I highly recommend them, they last longer, stay cooler and are quieter.

As a groomer and an exhibitor I won't use anything else for trimming ears and foot pads.... By the way I only use baby manicure scissors to trim those sanitary areas.

Regarding the Wahl Peanut, Are the blade guards metal or plastic? You say these run hot and don't last that long..how long have yours lasted you?
