| I try not to feed my baby too many greenies only because the protein level is 52% which means if you feed them regularly you must begin to limit the food intake to make up for the excessive amount of protein they are already taking in. And they can break off and get stuck in their throat or in their intestines if they are gulpers. But I do feed my baby them from time to time. (I just make sure to supervise them.) I give my baby Cornstarch Velvet Chews. They break down easily and are digestible. I will also give him compressed rawhide (It flakes off, rather then chunking or sharding off.) I also give him these pig skin twists with some filler in it. He also loves Milk bone Chicken Drumsticks. and freeze dried beef liver treats. He also likes Bil-jac treats.(Haven't tried their frozen treats) |

| My baby loved greenies when I would give them to him. But I heard they were bad for dogs, so I don't give them to him anymore. I found these things at Petsmart called Pnutz, & he loooooves those! But then I saw on the wrapper they were made by the same company that makes greenies. Has anyone gave these to their dogs or heard anything bad about them? I am hesitant to give them to him now. Does anyone else believe greenies are bad? |
