| Did you make the sock into a hoodie? How cute! Both of my girls had to wear sock sweaters for awhile too. Love the pic

| I found this by looking for super small clothes (my lid'l lady is 1lb 6oz and NOTHING fitz!) I couldn't even find a harness, but then I recalled buying a couple on ebay a few years ago when we had ferrets that we never used and they fit great! (The harness velcro on the bottom and she's not strong enough to pull them off. It tightens around her pretty good and it's black so it works great!) Anyway after seeign this i thought what an idea! Well I was in much luck today when I found Toeless socks at walmart on sale for 1dollar a pair!!! True I don't get a hat but I do get a super cute sweater, with a built in collar! I only had to cut the heel of the sock to make arm holes and the top elastic part I cut off to give her room around her belly and to cut the length to fit her teeny body better. They worked wonderfully!! I will post pictures tomorrow of the different colors/designs I bought and how cute Pixie is in her new "sweater" Whoever came up with this idea is A-MAZE-ING!!! I have spend so much money on clothes and harnesses within the last few weeks and they just keep stacking up (Because nothing fits her it's a waste. I do have the recipts to return it but the weather has been so bad that I haven't made it to the stores or the mal to hang out in the return isle all day LoL) Again thanks for posting this and the video is a wonderful guide! I luv YT!!!!! |

YT Addict | There was also someone on here that made a sweater out of a leg warmer. That was pretty cool too and its a good bit bigger than a sock.

| My boyfriend had an old beanie hat and i made Ella a little sweater out of it to try and recycle it. It was cute. This is a fun idea. I just don't think i'd find a sock big enough for Ella. She's a 6 pounder. Ha. =]

| This is the perfect dog for the sock sweater. Slim and short fur. I feel like Ella's hair would peep out every which way. Super cute. =]
