Opinions on some bows I made please

I am so happy I found this thread. I've been trying to make my own bows because I can't afford $5 a bow either. It is tougher than it looks! But I am going to try stitching them and cinching.... I could never figure out why they looked so blah and one dimensional. But I think I can get it now that I know about cinching. So thanks!

I, too, have been making Tuffy some bows to relieve some of the boredom I encounter. The materials pack easy & don't take up a lot of space. If I ordered them, I'd have to wait an extra long time to get them.

I am a pretty good bow maker, since I have had cheerleaders in the house for years. I thought I would turn my attention to bows for my dogs since my girls have left. That is if I can get my fingers to work with such small pieces. I have a question though, do you prefer bands or clips to hold them in?
