was the size 2 too big or small. my kingston is 4.5 pounds and i'm thinking of ordering it online. i want to make sure i get the right size so i don't have to make any returns.

Honestly I dont remember LoL. I know that my friend has a really small one and then she has one up from that so I would say I have the 3rd next in line.. I think it is a size 4 The picture is mine. I also had it custom fit to him too.. I wasnt happy with the fit that he had.. I needed one more hole, thats when I took it in to get fixed. Now it is great! I have 2 different holes where he can fit sung in it with a shirt, jacket or nothing on. Peanut is about 4lbs..

If you can go buy one at a store and get the size he needs I would do that..

Most places have the size charts, and tell you exactly where to measure. The size charts were accurate for Joey, I got the size three, and he's 5 1/2 pounds, I can use it on the tightest hole when he's wearing it without clothes, but I also place it over his clothes, and on bulkier items such as a hoodie, he will go down a couple of notches. So I think you have around 3-4 inches to play with.

Hey mine doesn't have the little maple leaf, no fair! Of course, DH is a Detroit Red Wings fan, so it's probably better if it doesn't.

Haha.. That sucks.. Maybe it was something new they added...

Does your have the little bone charm? I am thinking of taking that off.. it gets underneath the belt, kinda annoying.. But then again that was probably 20$ being the BB was 50 bucks!!

The choke-free harness is the one my kidz have. Instead of buckling it has velco.

They look very interesting. I have never heard of them.
Bud has two puppia harnesses with matching leashes,
when they wear out I'll check these out.
Love the different colors.
Are those buckles heavy? I know that can't be if a Yorkie
is wearing it but they do look heavy.

You know.. they are not bad.. The leather itself is really light, you can tell it has a little weight on it from the buckels but nothing to worry about. Peanut has worn it a lot and he never seems uncomfortable in it.. He will even lay in his bed and sleep with it.. I will always take it off but still You can tell it doesnt bother to have it on.

Yeah, I got the bone, we don't have any problem with it getting in the way, but did you know you paid so much because you got a big size, they cost more as you go up in size, size 3 was only $36.00. For those who want larger sizes, you should check out e-bay, I'm always finding the larger sizes on sale there.

Ohhhh. Eh I have it now.. No big deal.. I was worried what DH was going to say LoL.. But I told him the harness I had I had since he was a pup and it was too small.. so I got the BB and I told him how much it was..

He was shocked, but then I said it will last a long long time and it is great quality.. then he started to look at it and he said Ya your right it is good quality haha Phew!

I weighed his harness because vet had Joey on a diet, and every little ounce counts, and the harness weighs 2 1/2 ounces. I imagine the bulk of the weight is from the buckle.
