| ![]() Has anyone ever purchased any heated beds or the warming pads (that you add to your own?) This is our first winter in KY, and in this apartment. Since my bedroom is the worst room in the house for AC (central) and we have hot air heat I'm expecting it to be one of the coldest rooms this winter. Winston of course, loves to sleep there. I don't really expect him to need a heated bed, but I'd love to provide him one anyway because I know I love having warm things to snuggle in and have something a little extra for some warmth. Does anyone own a heated bed? Or one of those beds that claim to absorb it and not need batteries to provide heat? (I cannot imagine how much those could really help..) I've been looking at them online (my local stores only carry one heated bed) and I am slightly worried about bed quality and construction since I can't see it myself. |

Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | ![]() I have the safesnuggle pads. In fact I just bought another. I heat them 5 min before I go to work and put them in various beds. My dogs love them. I put them under the blankets on the bed. |

| ![]() We have the bed that you plug in and it heats up. Our house gets really cold downstairs in the winter and since Ryle was an only child last winter we purchased one for him and he used it last winter everyday. He still sleeps in it everyday only we don't plug it in during the summer. Since yorkies always seem to be cold I think they are great and would totally recommend getting one. ![]() |

| ![]() Thanks for the info on the SnuggleSafe pad. I just looked it up and it looks great. I use a rice sock heated in the microwave for Daisy, but it doesn't last all night. She sleeps with us, but doesn't like to be covered. This is just what I have been looking for! Thanks.

| ![]() I also want to thank you for the info on the SnuggleSafePad. I looked it up and it's perfect! I've been using the Self-Warming Thermal Cat Cushion. I figure if the cat loved it why not try it on the dog? Although Prince likes to take naps on the self-warming cushion (and hump it from time-to-time I guess because it makes a crinkle noise) ![]() |

| ![]() Just ordered my snugglesafe. We have been using a heating pad under the crate to eliminate cold radiating from the floor. But, I don't feel that will work when the weather is really cold. This sounds like the perfect solution. I'll let you know what I think when we try it for the first time. |

| ![]() I bought Lucas a puppy cuddle pal last year. You microwave it for 30 seconds and it stays nice and warm for them. Lucas loves it. ![]() Petstages - Developmental Toys for Dogs - Interacting - Puppy Cuddle Pal

| ![]() my guys have a set of Fleece PJS each that they LOVE! They live in them in the winter and can't wait to put them on everyday! I also have the microwaveable pad from PetStages. We got two of them at PetSmart a few years ago for my babies. They still have the puppy one (shaped like a puppy too) online, but I can't find the larger pad like I bought. Maybe they'll have them in the store. They have little rice packs in them that you just microwave and them put inside the comfy pad. My guys love it!
