as a seller I have had problems too with her buying products, telling me they are wrong, me remaking the items and sending them for free plus sending an extra gift for the trouble and the shipping for the original items returned. I have not recieved the items back. This has been over a year of trying. This has turned out to be a very expensice eye opening experience.

It doesn't mean a whole lot, but the Vendors on the list have requested that their names by added to the list. It makes me think that they are serious about having a good relationship with Yorkietalk and it's members. Also, people who haven't resolved problems with other members are removed from the list.

Does anyone know if maybe Gucci is feeling bad again? Or maybe someone else in her family? I'm not trying to make excuses for her, but I've been trying to get in contact with her for a while too and it's odd that she hasn't been on YT for so long. Anyone know?

I understand that Annamalyssa has had issues with personal expenses and vet bills, but this money was sent for a specific item of clothing, not for the personal benefit of the seller. I have been very patient, but at this point I feel like a head's up to other potential customers is in order.
You should probably let admin know about this. They will not let her sell on YT anymore....Yt DOES NOT stand for that. You are right....VERY poor customer service...I hope you get your money back soon.

I've also ordered a Hip Doggie "Skull Hoodie" from YT Member - Annamalyssa - back in August. She initially sent me a size small which I thought would fit Ori, but it was too big for him. However, it did fit Cassi so I kept it and she charged me $22 for that item. She indicated that if I wanted her to order an xs, the total for both items would be $50. Since she sent the clothing item w/out asking for payment first, I figured she was a reputable seller on YT and sent her $50 check w/out a second thought back in late August and it was cashed on Sept 9th. As of now, I still have not received the xs skull hoodie. I did receive a message from Annamalyssa indicating that her order was held up in Indiana back in mid-September. However, I haven't heard from her since, so I sent a follow-up e-mail on Sept 28th and never received a reply from her. I've just recently sent her another message today indicating that if she can not ship the xs skull hoodie, then I would appreciate if she can refund me $28.

Anyway, looking at previous post it seems like she's a reputable vendor. In addition, it appears that her last post was around Sept 21st. Hope everything is ok and that she'll be responding soon.

I have also purchased many items from Adrianna and have never once been disappointed. If she has not been on YT it is because she is having family issues along with the fact that Gucci was sick a little over a month ago.
I'm pretty sure she will do right once she has gotten things settled.

I am sorry to hear of this. I had an excellent experience buying from Adrianna (Annamalyssa). She was really helpful and provided excellent service and a quality product. I hope she makes things right quickly and can salvage her good name. Hate to see a bad turn in someone's life ruin what they have established. Communication is key!

I have had good experiences with Adrianna, and this thread makes me worry about what is going on with her. I hope that everything is ok and she makes it back to send out refunds.

I too have had nothing but positive transactions w/her & was always greatful that Adrianna was providing these great products to us at a discounted price. It makes me worry about her & her family & Gucci...she is also a dear friend.
There was a problem in the past w/another member, but it was corrected...hopefully these other misunderstandings will be resolved soon.

For my friend Annamalyssa, per her request, I would like to help her with this issue.

For those ONLY who are concerned about their purchases, if you will pm me, I will give you Annamalyssa's email addy. She would like to clear all this up and understands those who may have reservations, but hopes no one will make assumptions about her.

Polomysweetpup sent me $6 without my consent and it is still sitting here on my desk in the same envelope it came in (I sold a hoodie to another buyer and she had sent payment after saying she didn't want it and without telling me she was sending it).. it will go back to her as soon as I get to the post office.
