sent my email for free samples on monday and they came today...how quick is that. thanks for the info.

You might need to email them again.

I would give them another day maybe, but mine came by ups today.

They sent me several a few months ago. I had told them in my email that I had a litter of puppies and they sent the Fluffy Puppy Shampoo and Conditioner. So, they really read what you write! Since I had several, I shared a couple in my GE package (saying it was just a sample of course!).

They're shipping out of TX, so depending on where you live you may just want to give it more time. When I got my samples a while ago, it took them about 5 days from email to delivery and I live by one of the huge UPS distributions centers.

I sent my request to Biogroom on the 29th and they arrived today ... Looking forward to trying out the samples this weekend!

I sent my email request on Sunday and mine arrived today. Hope yours get there soon. Haven't tried them yet but will this weekend.

YAY! All of them will be getting a bath tonight it's usually on Saturdays but I really want to try it now

So do i dilute it first?

Yeahhhhh....Sent for mine on Sept. 2nd and received them today (Sept. 9th). I'm in Michigan and it didn't take long, not to mention Labor Day Holiday! I received 3 bottles...

I got mine today too. Can't wait to use them. I have been trying to find a good shampoo for my babies. Very nice of them to send them so fast too!

I emailed them on the 4th. Haven't got my samples yet, but we do live in FL. Can't wait to try them on the furkids.
