| Choke-Free Harness I've ordered from Paw Treasures three times and received excellent service from Stacie. The Choke-Free shoulder harness is great for a dog that pulls hard on a leash...which mine does. The prices on Paw Treasures are also the best I've found for this product. www.pawtreasures.com

Therapy Dog Donating Member | Wow thanks I saw her site and she does have great prices on the Choke Free collars but she doesn't carry the leashes. Here is another site with fabulous prices and ships free - she was only 50 cents more than your site but they carry the leashes. Wookie (a YT member here used to sell them but I can't get a hold of her anymore and she has the better prices then these two). I love these harnesses and use nothing else - so worth the money but you have to measure correctlly - that's key. Measure your doggies chest and then add 1" and it's perfect. http://www.freidaspetboutique.com/

| questions Hi, I was thinking about ordering a choke free collar for my dog Stella; however, I had a few questions. They actually look kind of hard...is it soft? Right now Stella spends a lot of time in her harness and I do not want it to be uncomfortable for her. Also, does the velcro loose its 'stickiness' after awhile? I had a pair of shoes with velcro and after awhile it would not stay shut any longer. Thanks for your input!!! |

I don't own one of these, but they are made of leather (or synthetic leather depending on what you buy). They would need a little time to break in (you can help speed the process along yourself just by working it with your hands) but eventually they will get really soft and just conform to your dog. I can't speak for the velcro, but depending on the quality some velco loops wear down over time or collect lint which keeps them from sticking as well eventually. That might be part of the problem on the shoes you're talking about. | |

| thanks for your response...I think I will go ahead and buy one! I appreciate your thoughts. Even if the velcro does not hold as well as it should I did read it will not come off the dog due to the design. So that is good. Thanks again! |
